Known as the king of offal, chef Joao Martins grew up in Portugal with an appreciation for nose-to-tail eating. Working at acclaimed London restaurants Moro and St. JOHN further instilled his passion, and he now runs a series of offal tasting nights across Auckland called The Offal Club. Check out the latest issue of Dish to read Alice Galletly's story on him which features an exclusive recipe.
Join him for a special offal cooking demonstration at the beautiful Miele Center kitchen, followed by a three course dinner expertly matched with wines from Nautilus Estate and Opawa. It's the perfect way to introduce yourself to offal cooked well, making the experience enjoyable for adventurous and timid diners alike.
