On your mark, get set, eat. Hawke’s Bay F.A.W.C! is back with a stunning line-up of gastronomic summer events.
The Food and Wine Classic Summer Series offers dozens of events around the Hawke’s Bay with a host of the country’s leading chefs, winemakers and craft beer brewers all scheduled to take part.
This November, join renowned local chefs Ben Bayly, Josh Emett, Al Brown, Ray McVinnie and more, for 10 days of unparalleled food festivities and a celebration of the region’s finest.

The latest issue of dish has arrived just in time to crank up the heat and the comfort factor! Grab a spot by the fireplace with our Après-Ski inspired dishes - think golden, crispy potato rösti and mulled wine. The temperature rises with our spicy curries while our flavourful one-pan chicken dinners keep the dishes to a pleasing minimum. Our Dinner for Six section will bring friends and family together for two festive mid-winter feasts, but beware, the puds and desserts from our Sweet section may cause them to outstay their welcome.
