Join wholefood blogger and Dish recipe writer Kelly Gibney of Bonnie Delicious as she demonstrates how to prepare an inspiring three-course meal.

Kelly is a freelance food writer, stylist and photographer based in Auckland. Bonnie Delicious is her food loving, healthy eating recipe journal which is aimed to show people that healthy food can be utterly delicious and full of joy.

The author of Dish's weekly Green Mondays column, Kelly is a food lover first and foremost but also relishes the connection between nourishing food and the resulting energy and health benefits.


Roasted beetroot & walnuts on brown rice sourdough w/ goat cheese & pistachios
Broadbean, lemon & mint puree w/ crispy prosciutto & cucumber
Ceviche w/ dill, lime & avocado

6 hour lamb shoulder w/ anchovies, mustard & thyme w/ a green herb gremolata
Cauliflower “rice” pilaf w/ preserved lemon, thyme & pistachios

Salted chocolate & rosemary tart in an almond & macadamia crust w/ lemon cream
