What began in 1991 as a simple way for Roza to indulge her passion for cooking became culinary secret amongst Brisbane locals for many years. 30 years later, we’ve evolved to become an Australian-national-wide business and, now an international treat.

Roza’s Sweet and Tangy Sweet Mustard with Apricots and Macadamia Nuts
The Chutneys are some of the most popular products in the range. It’s always handy having a nice chutney in the fridge and great because it’s so easy to use. Great with hot or cold meats, or with roasts, on a platter with cheeses, added to salad dressings, dips or spread it onto your favourite sandwich – and of course straight from the jar!
Our Mango Chilli Coconut Chutney is fresh and light-tasting with mangoes, coconut, and cayenne chilli for a little kick. It is fantastic chilled from the fridge straight onto salads and vegetable dishes, warmed and served like a salsa with fish, or used in any traditional chutney style.
Our Tomato Chutney is made in the traditional style with sultanas and spices. Serve as a side to your filo, quiche, pie, or sausages, enjoy on a sandwich or burger, or serve warmed with your lamb and vegetables. More often than not, people who try this delicious savoury chutney say it tastes just like the way their mother or grandmother used to make it – so give it a try and see for yourself!
