Drop of the Day - The Ned Pinot Gris
This pretty pink, juicy, lush and food-friendly Pinot Gris is one not to be missed. Marlborough had a stunning vintage in 2020 and you can absolutely taste it in this lovely blush hued wine. Why not try it with this Sticky Caramel, Black Pepper and Ginger Chicken to taste that for yourself?

The team at Marisco reckon that the quality of the wine that came from their Waihopai and Southern Valley vineyards will make 2020 memorable for something other than a pandemic. Despite the challenges that 2020 threw at us, it was a fabulous year for wine, especially in Marlborough.
This refreshing and supple Pinot Gris has complex fruit aromas of pear, quince and nectarine, finishing with hints of citrus and a rosy floral lift. It's a classic juicy and rich food-friendly wine that goes with everything from rustic vegetables to succulent chicken or pork dumplings... We'd love to try it alongside this delicious Sticky Caramel, Black Pepper and Ginger Chicken.
With that luscious taste, and gorgeous pink colour, it looks as good as it tastes. So pick up a bottle from your local supermarket today, for your next dinner party, or even just as a treat for you.
