Caper and Lemon Butter

Caper and Lemon Butter

Serve this butter with a crusty baguette or baked crostini. 


100 grams butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon chopped capers
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
finely grated zest 1 lemon


Place the butter in a small bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Season.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
