Vinaigrette

    INGREDIENTS

    1 teaspoon seed mustard
    1 teaspoon runny honey
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    ¼ cup mint, finely chopped

    METHOD

    Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl and season to taste. Serves 6-8
