Yoghurt and Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

½ cup thick plain yoghurt
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
100 grams soft blue cheese, crumbled
1 clove garlic, crushed
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

METHOD

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Makes 1 cup
