1 1⁄2 cups frozen peas
1 1⁄2 cups cooked chickpeas (1 x 400g can, drained and rinsed)
1 heaped tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon water
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 handful mint leaves
salt and black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend.
Serve with chopped veggies, wholegrain crackers or wholemeal pita bread wedges. Makes 6 serves.
Top Tip: You can also add a small amount of feta cheese to this if you like!
