Spread across 100 of the city's top restaurants, Visa Wellington on a Plate has carefully curated dozens of events to ensure there's more than enough to suit anyone's palate.
You'll have the chance to uncover the city's secret dining trails, have your opinion heard during the battle for the ultimate burger, learn from the best as you create your own cocktail or sit back and enjoy a great foodie film.
One of the most popular parts of the festival is bound to be the immersive 2-day beer event Beervana, taking place on the 14th and 15th of August.
Those with a sweet-tooth will also be spoilt for choice - head along to a chocoholic high tea or get behind the scenes of Carrello del Gelato kitchen if your ears perk up at the mention of icecream.
