Soy, Chilli and Ginger Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons each soy sauce, kecap manis and black vinegar
2 teaspoons lime juice
1-2 teaspoons chilli sauce such as Sriracha
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
