Nic Watt can be justifably called a master of Japanese cuisine. His career has spanned the globe - from working at the Park Hyatt Tokyo, to starring on British television cooking shows thanks to the notoriety of his award winning London restaurant, Roko.
His Auckland restaurant, MASU focuses on the food he loves most - fresh, beautiful Japanese cuisine - and his attention to detail means that no expense has been spared in equipping the kitchen to his exacting specifications.
