You’ll be glad for a Sardinian sojourn through the pages of this pretty book.
After completing her Leiths diploma in food and wine, Letitia Clark worked in some of London’s top restaurants including Spring, Morito and The Dock Kitchen. She now lives in Sardinia where she works as a food writer, illustrator and chef.
