There are plenty of photos of not only the delicious recipes but also the local surroundings. Recipes include simple yet striking pasta dishes, vegetable and salad sides, desserts and nibbles. You’ll be glad for a Sardinian sojourn through the pages of this pretty book.

After completing her Leiths diploma in food and wine, Letitia Clark worked in some of London’s top restaurants including Spring, Morito and The Dock Kitchen. She now lives in Sardinia where she works as a food writer, illustrator and chef.

This is Benjamina’s third cookbook. She writes recipes, styles and creates content and is an ambassador for social enterprise Luminary Bakery.
