Throughout July, Farro Fresh are exploring the food theme of 'American Classic', dining through neighbourhoods rich with multiculturalism.
On Wednesday 9th July, Dish Food Editor Claire Aldous will demonstrate how to create her interpretation of American and Mexican flavours, in the form of a beautiful Chocolate Mole Tart with Salted Caramel Pretzel Praline (pictured above). The talk runs between 1pm-2pm at Mt Wellington Farro Fresh, come along, if only to sample this delicious tart.
