Three of Auckland's top chefs present a duck masterclass
Duck makes for an impressive meal, associated more often with the restaurant than the kitchen table. But it needn't be that way. On the 2nd of July three of Auckland's top chefs - Paul Jobins (The Rivehead Tavern), Hayden MacMillan (Provenance) and Luca Villari (Taste Magazine) - will demonstrate their favurite duck dishes using Saveur Duck, New Zealand's premium duck producer.
Each dish will be available to sample and will be matched with wine from Duck Hunter Wines and Hallertau Beer.
The masterclass runs between 6.30pm - 8.30pm, at Taste, 45 Normanby Road, Mt Eden, and tickets cost $60. Book now by emailing jo!
