Some of New Zealand's hottest chefs are heading down to this year's Food and Wine Classic in the Hawke's Bay for a big line-up of delicious events. See Martin Bosley, Nadia Lim, Julie Biuso and more take to the cooking stage, and taste the spectacular wines the region has to offer. Learn to Prepare Raw Food, with Annabelle White
10th September, 12-1pm
September has been named Raw Food Month, and Kiwi chef Annabelle White will be sharing her recipes for delicious raw salads and smoothies. It's a free event, held at the De'Longhi Group's Showroom at 99 Khyber Pass in Grafton, Auckland.
Wine and Food Celebration
14-22 September
A fantastic series of culinary events in Auckland, hosted by the NZ School of Food and Wine. Includes seminars by Tim Hanni MW from Napa Valley, California, as well as Julie Harbutt, who will host a talk and tasting on the great cheeses of the world. See here for all the details.
