​Working from a kitchen on Auckland's K'Road (which you can now pop into on Saturdays) Jordan Rondel's lusciously flavoured cakes are the ideal Instagram subject. With two recipe books to her name and cake mixes available to recreate her magic at home, The Caker's treats also often appear at fashion launches and gorgeous weddings. Michelle Bevan, the talented baker behind Mint Cakery, makes the most gorgeous bite-sized treats as well as full-sized cakes. You can find her stall at the Mt Albert Markets each Saturday or follow her to keep updated between times at @mintcakery. One of her latest ideas is a Chocolate Cake S'more Jar topped with Toasted Vanilla Bean Marshmallow...
