You can find Jessica Orsbourn's beautiful cakes decorated with drizzles, drops and flowers at Auckland's Welcome Eatery. The Caker
Working from a kitchen on Auckland's K'Road (which you can now pop into on Saturdays) Jordan Rondel's lusciously flavoured cakes are the ideal Instagram subject. With two recipe books to her name and cake mixes available to recreate her magic at home, The Caker's treats also often appear at fashion launches and gorgeous weddings. A look at her own rustic cakes (which are available to buy at the Christchurch Farmer's Market each week) as well as other Christchurch cafes and producers, Cakes By Anna's playful account is one of our favourites. Mint Cakery
Michelle Bevan, the talented baker behind Mint Cakery, makes the most gorgeous bite-sized treats as well as full-sized cakes. You can find her stall at the Mt Albert Markets each Saturday or follow her to keep updated between times at @mintcakery. One of her latest ideas is a Chocolate Cake S'more Jar topped with Toasted Vanilla Bean Marshmallow...
The Hungry Cook
As well as Olivia Galletly's perfectly crafted photography, one of the great things about The Hungry Cook's account is that the recipes from many of her creations are available on her blog for you to make yourself.
