The best of the products from farmers' markets around New Zealand have been decided and the countdown is on to the big reveal of the winners in this year's Farmers' Market NZ Awards.
The judging panel has tasted its way through all manner of chutneys, cheeses, jams, yoghurts, honeys, fresh fruit and vegetables, meat and more to decide on the Top 40 products and the winners in categories such as ‘From the Kitchen Bench’, ‘From the Water’, ‘From the Butchery’, ‘From the Paddock’ and ‘From the Dairy’.
The results will be announced at a very special dinner to be held in Feilding on July 31st. Dish will have the full results following that announcement.
