A look inside our Italian issue
Our brand new issue is hot off the press – this season, we're celebrating the beauty of inspired Italian fare.
We're big admirers of the vibrancy and flair Italian food is famous for here at Dish, so it's little wonder why our April–May issue is a celebration of all things italiano.
Dish’s annual Italian issue is dedicated to that small European country with a huge culinary reputation. This season, we prepare deliciously simple casual lunch and dinner menus to linger over, sink our teeth into tender meaty mains, find comfort in classic vegetarian fare and grab a slice of everybody’s favourite – pizza, made with inspired new bases using veges, nuts and alternative grains.
We try our hand at wholesome treats ahead of Mother’s Day and find out more about shrubs – the vinegar drink sensation making a serious comeback. We travel abroad and fall in love with Italy's Silver Coast, with cookbook author Emiko Davies and pine over late harvest summer stonefruit while celebrating the romance of our favourite bottles of riesling with our Dish tasting panel experts.
As the change of season takes full effect, bid adieu to balmy summer nights and welcome the decadence of pure, indulgent home-cooking at its finest.
