Little & Friday Treats Ponsonby
Photography by India Essuah.
They've ventured from Belmont to Newmarket to the inner city and now Little & Friday have made a light, airy space in Ponsonby their newest home.
Inside the newest Little & Friday you'll find a gorgeous selection of cabinet food, a menu delicious enough to convert even the most avid of non-breakfast eaters, a selection of Supreme coffee and, of course, piles of their infamous doughnuts.
Located in Supreme Good One's old haunt, the Douglas Street café is their most spacious yet, making it perfect for a quiet morning flicking through magazines or sweetening up a long working lunch.
With my birthday on the way my ears pricked up at the mention of their private dining room – you can choose a selection of special treats an invite your family, friends or colleagues.
Owner Kim Evans is surely the busiest woman in town but we're so happy she's managing to spread her amazing food to more and more of the city. We're excited to see what the next step in her plan might be (world domination, probably) but for now we're happy to relax in her latest set up with a doughnut (or two) in hand.
