Chef Jay Refugia has created an Argentinian inspired menu using only the best, freshest and locally hand crafted foods from the Canterbury region. So focused on local, Jay creates special cocktails and dishes using the honey from the beehives on the rooftop of the hotel.
Enjoy al fresco dining or a lovely long lunch by the fire indoors. The croquet court may appeal while you sip and taste the variety of cured meats, smoked fish, aged cheeses and more.
You don’t need to stay to enjoy the mouth-watering goodness from Jay’s kitchen, but you should.
