Now that the end of the year is within champagne-cork-popping distance, it's time to get a bit festive and CELEBRATE!
This bright and beautiful issue is full of Christmas recipes: a Christmas ham, plenty of festive sides, and more than a few desserts. We put the spotlight on salmon, our national warm-weather favourite, and we've created enough cocktails and nibbles to see you through every event of the silly season.
For the barbecue, we have plenty of recipes that are a bit different from the usual. There's beach baking classics that are perfect for home or for the bach and of course, as always, our fast and easy Food Fast section - and, just quietly, this one might include the best fish and chips you'll ever crunch into.
