INGREDIENTS
100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
360 grams vanilla bean ice cream
100ml double cream, whipped
100 grams raspberries
2 tablespoons chopped roasted hazelnuts
2 tablespoons chocolate flakes
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
EXTRA TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
Chopped chocolate chunks, macaroons and mint leaves
METHOD
Blend the Baileys with the ice cream until smooth.
Divide between two glasses.
Top with dollops of cream then add the raspberries, hazelnuts, chocolate flakes and a drizzle of chocolate sauce, plus extras, if desired.
