The Perfect Platter

INGREDIENTS
100 grams Red Rock Deli Glazed Mix
100 grams Red Rock Deli Roasted Mixed Nuts
135 grams Red Rock Deluxe Crisps
1 bunch green seedless grapes
1 wheel soft white goat’s cheese
1 wedge semi-soft blue cheese
100 grams prosciutto
100 grams salami
2 pears, sliced
100 grams grissini
½ cup mixed olives
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
crusty bread, to serve
METHOD
It is simple to arrange a perfect platter, while this one is designed to serve 4-6, it can be pared back, or added to depending on numbers. Arrange all of the elements in bowls and on a large platter or board to serve. Ideally remove the cheeses from the fridge at least 15 minutes before serving, and the meat 5 minutes before. Drizzle the cured meats with a little olive oil before serving.
