1 bunch green seedless grapes
1 wheel soft white goat’s cheese
1 wedge semi-soft blue cheese

2 pears, sliced
100 grams grissini
½ cup mixed olives
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

METHOD
It is simple to arrange a perfect platter, while this one is designed to serve 4-6, it can be pared back, or added to depending on numbers.
