Waiheke Wine & Food Festival

This April, the Waiheke Wine & Food Festival Day will celebrate the island's boutique wines and delicious, matching food.
The Waiheke Wine & Food Festival gives you the chance to meet award winning winemakers and passionate foodies. Also unique to the festival is the opportunity to taste wines from 15 different Waiheke Island vineyards in one location, at Te Motu 'The Airstrip', 78 Onetangi Rd, Waiheke Island.
Live music will be playing and wine and food will be on offer all day from 11am to 5:30pm, showcasing inspiring food choices, local producers and food trucks, matched superbly with Waiheke wines.
Waiheke winemakers will be giving wine education talks and buses will run from the car and passenger ferries to Te Motu 'The Airstrip' and back.
Ticket price includes the ferry, bus, a wine glass, lanyard, festival flyer and a glass of wine on arrival.
In addition to this main Festival Day event, there will also be many wine, food and music events happening at individual vineyards during the Festival week, from the 30th of March to the 3rd of April.
Come to enjoy, to learn, to stimulate your senses, to surprise yourself, to relax, and most importantly, to indulge. Whether you’re a wine-buff or a keen learner – everyone’s welcome at the Waiheke Wine & Food Festival.
