Known as the king of offal, chef Joao Martins grew up in Portugal with an appreciation for nose-to-tail eating. Working at acclaimed London restaurants Moro and St. JOHN further instilled his passion, and he now runs a series of offal tasting nights across Auckland called The Offal Club. Join him for a special offal cooking demonstration at the beautiful Miele Center kitchen, followed by a three course dinner expertly matched with wines from Nautilus Estate and Opawa.
