Gallery – Kenwood Friday Baking Class

Dish Food Editor Claire Aldous recently hosted a second Friday Baking class in Kenwood's gorgeous showroom.
Tickets to Food Editor Claire Aldous' second Friday Baking Class sold out within the hour – not surprising given the sheer number of people who look out for her recipes each week!
Guests were guided through three of Claire's delectable recipes, while they sipped on sparkling wine by Nautilus and asked any questions that popped into their minds as they watched. Of course, the highlight was being able to sample the three treats: an indulgent Hazelnut Tiramisu Layer Cake, a lovely Raspberry, Polenta and Orange Loaf and Warm Parmesan and Herb Madeleines topped with sage.

Towards the end of the class, Claire also treated us to a jar of rich caramel, and the recipe was quickly jotted down by every guest. Everyone left with a goodie bag full of treats, as well as the recipes and all the tips they learned throughout the afternoon.
If you want to attend the next class, you'll have to be in quick. Be the first to hear about them by signing up to our newsletter. You'll also find Claire's baking recipes there each week, the latest being for these Nutella Melting Moments.
