Foodie's favourite: The Meringue Girls

As one half of The Meringue Girls, London–based entrepreneur Stacey O'Gorman knows a thing or two about utilising social media strategy. Here, the Kiwi expat and celebrated pastry chef dishes on her favourite baking-themed Instagram accounts.
Instagram is the tool we use above all others to draw inspiration for our creations. We live in an era where sourcing fresh, foodie ideas is as easy as a scroll of the thumb. Instagram makes it achievable to be showered with imaginative ideas from all over the world.
Just like the world of fast fashion, baking trends are ever-changing, so there is a constant drive to innovate and create fresh new ideas, to stay ahead of the game.
Here are some of The Meringue Girls favourite baking Instagram accounts:
1. Lily Vanilli
Lily is by far the freshest baker in London. Not only is her baking refined but above all, it's absolutely delicious and she’s always ahead of the game. We are forever in awe of her mouth-watering, stunning creations.
This lady is the definition of someone that's mastering their craft. Chloe makes heavenly salted caramel everything and we feel very lucky to have shared a bakery with her, even for a short while.
Drake (yes, as in the Canadian rap star) has inspired a series of cakes that provide us with daily laughs. Drake on a cake is a daily iced reminder for us to get our daily sass on.
