Book now for the Miele Chef's Table with Little and Friday's Kim Evans
Get up close and personal with Little and Friday's Kim Evans as she demonstrates how to prepare a beautiful celebration lunch in time for Mother's Day 2015.
We're not unique in being members of the Kim Evans fan club - her food is notorious for being as delicious as it is generous. So notorious, in fact, that Kim was once contacted by a group in Portland, USA, who proudly informed her they'd set up a pop up bakery to cook every single item from her first cookbook, Treats from Little and Friday
Her two Auckland cafés are always fit to burst with incredible sweet and savoury pastry items and cakes, as well as customers that come from far and wide to sample an infamous Raspberry and Cream Doughnut. A successful business owner, author, chef and proponent of food's ability to bring people together, Kim Evans is deservedly a legend of Auckland's food scene.
We're therefore very excited to announce that our next Miele Chef's Table event will be a feast of Little and Friday proportion. On the evenings of the 4th and 5th of May, Auckland's stunning Miele Center will once more host 14 guests each night for an intimate cooking demonstration and tasting with matching Opawa wines.
Dish Food Editor Claire Aldous will host as Kim demonstrates a menu fit for any celebration - especially Mother's Day - which falls on the weekend after the event.
