Candyfloss is making a comeback and we're not complaining.
After Olivia Galletly of The Hungry Cook made us this Rhubarb and Strawberry Layer Cake we've had candyfloss on our minds. So, for this week's treat we ventured to The Dairy, whose Instagram had given away their love for the sweet, sugary stuff. While we intitally thought we were there to indulge in one of the ice-cream sandwiches we'd seen frequent our feeds, I ended up enquiring about their Rhubarb S'more, while my friend went for the 5+ A Day option: Apple Churros with Vanilla Icecream.
Both options were a little ridiculous, in the indulgent fashion a good treat should be. The S'more had homemade marshmallow oozing from two thick slices of brioche bread, with rhubarb adding a flash of tartness to what was otherwise a doughy, delicious mess.

We both decided the Apple Churros were the nicer of the two, with a crisp, fried shell, that went deliciously with the swiftly melting Kapiti ice-cream.
