Earl Grey Martini
Get your rugby fever on with this Earl Grey Martini by our friends at Toast. Made with gin, tea and lemon juice, it’s perfect for a Sunday session in front of the telly.
Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
50ml gin
35ml strong earl grey tea, chilled
20ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, and shake until combined.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
