Ginger, Spring Onion and Turmeric Butter

Try these tasty butter recipes.

INGREDIENTS

100 grams butter at room temperature
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1⁄2 teaspoon ground turmeric

METHOD

Place the butter in a small bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients. Season.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
