    Daphnes Plum Martini, with Seedlip Spice 94

    Light, fruity and berrylicious – this spicy winter tipple from Daphnes in Ponsonby is perfect on a chilly evening and the ideal accompaniment to both meat and seafood.

    Serves: 1

    INGREDIENTS

    60ml Seedlip 94 spiced rum
    1 teaspoon plum jam
    15ml ginger syrup
    10ml lime

    METHOD

    Pour all ingredients into shaker filled with ice. Shake. Strain into chilled martini cocktail glass. Garnish with a semi-thawed frozen berry or two.
