A match made in heaven and it doesn’t matter how many I make; it never seems to be enough.
INGREDIENTS
16 fresh dates
100 grams gorgonzola or other soft blue cheese
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
honeycomb and runny honey, to drizzle
METHOD
Cut a slit in each date and remove the stone. Fill with a piece of blue cheese and place on a serving platter.
Top with the almonds then drizzle with honey and place a small piece of honeycomb on top if using. Makes 16
