Keep it simple and impress your friends, and drinks don’t come any simpler than this classic summer cooler. Perfect for those summer lunches, it is clean, crisp and hugely refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
60ml vodka
4 large chunks of watermelon
juice of 1⁄4 orange
juice of 1⁄2 lime
dash of sugar syrup
METHOD
Put the watermelon into the bottom of your shaker or jam jar and muddle.
Add all the other ingredients and some ice and shake vigorously.
Put fresh ice into a tall glass.
Strain into the glass and garnish with a slice of fresh watermelon.
