Chopped Salad

A delicious addition to a spicy, fragrant and heat-filled dish.

Serves: 4


½ telegraph cucumber, seeds removed
2 large vine tomatoes
½ small red onion
small bunch coriander
juice 1 lime
sea salt


Chop everything finely and toss with the lime juice and season to taste with sea salt. Makes about 1 cup.
