Winter F.A.W.C! is a celebration of Hawke's Bay food and wine in June, with local eateries and well-known chefs and food personalities taking part in 45 events over four weekends (June 6-29).
Guests include chefs Martin Bosley, Ruth Pretty, Simon Gault and Chris Green, restaurateur Michael Dearth and brewers Richard Emerson and Andy Deuchars. Events include wine and beer tastings, degustation dinners, long winery lunches, special events around duck and venison, and many more.
There will also be special Winter F.A.W.C! menus at participaring restaurants around Hawke's Bay. Organisers say a third of tickets have sold already but there are still places at many excellent events. For tickets and event information visit www.fawc.co.nz
